Georgia Heth called the meeting to order at 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2007.

Moved and seconded that all grants for the Fall 2007 meeting would be deferred to the Spring 2008 meeting.

Carried unanimously.

Moved and seconded that all charity fund money raised in Mexico will remain in Mexico.

Carried unanimously.

In Nashville, TN the Foundation awarded the Alive Hospice $5,000 which was selected as the local NABC charity.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:47 a.m.
