Georgia Heth called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2007.

Minutes

The minutes of the March 9, 2007 St. Louis, MO and the July 20, 2007 Nashville, TN meeting were approved.

Carried unanimously.

New Business

In Nashville, TN the Foundation awarded the Alive Hospice Foundation $5,000 which was selected as the local NABC charity.

In San Francisco, CA the Foundation awarded the Center for Bridge Education $5,000 which was selected as the local NABC charity.

Election of Officers

Moved and seconded that Sharon Fairchild is elected President for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

Carried unanimously.

Moved and seconded that Georgia Heth is elected Vice President for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

Carried unanimously.

Moved and seconded that Shirley Seals is re-elected as Secretary/Treasurer for a one-year term beginning January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

Carried unanimously.
